      I've been using WinRar for zip and rar files so maybe that would be one to try.

        That fixed the problem! Guide didn't auto load but when I click dropdown menu they're all there now. Downloaded WinRar, and it works just fine now. So there's an issue for your books mZIP absolutely does not unzip this properly.
