Locked in Main profile

I am running multiple characters and the guide is porting data from one character to another - the only profile available is "Main" and when I try to create a new profile in game it fails due to a UI error.

Try writing down what guide/step your characters are on, then go to your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor file in there. That will do a complete reset of the guide viewer and should hopefully get it going.

Reset occurred but unable to create new profile still

Profile creation and switching has been fixed. This should be working now.
