Unable to create profiles

I did a fresh install with a brand new saved variables. All other addons have been disabled.

Whenever I try to create a new profile, I get the following errors:

Error: 1 / 1 Time: 10:14:49 Gametime: 797.447 Count: 1
Reason: attempt to index a nil value
At: ZygorGuidesViewer/Options.lua:605

Afterwards if I try again, I get the following:

Assertion failed: Failed to create control 'Zygor_New_Profile_Popup'. Duplicate name

yep looks like same error as mine with second attempt giving a much longer list of UI errors
