green bar maxed not advancing auto

im running the 30-36 daggerfall in Alik'r. I am following the quests but I have to manually make it go to the next step and the green progress bar at the bottom is maxed , how do i get it to advance auto again?

Have you tried using the Updater client to re-install (wrench icon) the guide files?
