For about a week or so now the guide has not saved where it was when I logged off and every time I log back on it goes to the previous set of guides at the beginning if I switch to the correct guide it is at one and I have to step up to the right one which when it is like in the 400s it is a bit tedious.

Two things to try.
First is to use the wrench icon on the Updater client and re-install the guide files.
Second is to reset the guide viewer by going to your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/SavedVariables folder and deleting the Zygor file in there. Doing this will guarantee that you have to find your spot in the guides again the first time you log back into the game after deleting the file.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:
