Level vs Guide Level

My problem is im completing quests and the next quest is one FULL level higher, like the main quest line.

How can I keep up with the quest level?

Make sure you're killing the mobs you see as you're traveling around the world. Don't avoid them because you'll need that extra XP to make up for all the mobs that you don't have to kill due to other players having killed them.
