Where are the class specs detailed?

I have started using Zygor for levelling a new class, and one of the options I see is for talents for particular builds - a levelling build or level 60 build etc.

When I go to enable this option on an existing character it says my spec doesn't match, but the talent window doesn't provide any reason why it doesn't match - show me what talent is different??

I have looked around this website but I cannot find where these talent specs are shown.

What is the basis for the specs used by Zygor, and how are they different from what is recommended on wowhead?

Any update on talent guides? Will cost a lot of gold to switch talents when they hit on all alts.

TBC talent advisor is fixed and the leveling specs have been updated.
