Mage Portals not updated

Just started using Zygors and i love it but i see an issue and i don't see report bug or anything anywhere.. But Anyway im level 20 and its telling me to goto the portal trainer to learn ports but you can't learn them until level 30 might want to update this

Teleport spells are available at level 20 for both Classic and TBC servers. That is when you can start learning some of the Teleport spells and others are higher levels.
