Question about guide and Available quest

Currently level 61 very close to 62 and i just got into Zangarmarsh. Zygors is telling me to "talk to Zurai" and Turn in "Report to Zuari" but it's grayed out on zygors. when looking into WOWHead, it show this quest has been removed from the game and same with the second quest Zurai gives "News from Zangarmarsh" do updates need to be done or am i missing something? If a line is grey that means you can't do that line. In this case you can't turn it in since you never accepted it. That quest has not been removed from TBC, you were most likely looking at the Shadowlands version of WoWHead. When a line is green that means you have completed that, so in this case you have already accepted Thick Hydra Scales. If a line is red that means you still have to do that so here you still have to accept the quest News from Zangarmarsh.

I've seen more than one person on the forums say they can't get the News From Zangarmarsh quest from Zurai. I had the same issue so I backtracked and Zygor doesn't have us accept the breadcrumb quest "Report to Zurai" given by Ranger Captain Venn'renn in Falconwatch during the Hellfire Peninsula guide (unless I missed it, which I doubt).
