Finished Terrokar Forest with 64?

i don't know if this is normal, but i finished the third zone with just Level 64 and 2%. I did every quest as the Guide said, but i am quite underlvld for Nargrand. Nargrand is for 65. Do i have to do dungeons and grinding mobs?

Please grab the update we sent out a bit ago and then load the Hellfire guide at step 1 again to see if there are any quests now showing to be done.
