Next leveling guide after ghostlands?

No window showed up after completing the ghostlands sections like other sections

That's because Ghostlands was in the Extra Zones section. Those are stand alone guides and not part of the normal leveling path. Load up the guide for about 2 levels below you and start following that one skipping any quests you can't accept due to not having followed the normal leveling path.
