For example in Nagrand quest 20 if you are not neutral with Maghar orcs then you must do the quest 
The Impotent Leader from one of the green NPCs in the circle next to the board. That gave me 550 rep with Mag'har and got me neutral with them. Then I could pick up the quests from the Bulletin Board. If you are not at least neutral Warden Bullrok will not speak with you nor can you pick up the bulletin board quests. Idk if this is too long to mention in the guide but it is something that would be helpful to note. Sorry first time posting unsure where to put this at.
