Un'Goro Crater leveling - Sprinkle's Secret Ingredient

I am not sure if I subscribe too late or if that's relevant to this issue, but I'm in Tanaris and the guide is telling me to collect these items from the bank but none of them are in the bank?
It's also telling me to talk to a Stormwind Banker so I'm not sure if something's off with my client entirely?

I think "The Scrimshank Redemption" is pre-requisite which I don't have yet but appears to be available

Ahh, if you're starting up the guides after having been leveled then you might have missed some stuff. We tell people to bank items in guides to help save space and then have them pick up the items again when closer to needing them for quest turn in. This appears to be what is happening for you where you never saw the steps to collect and deposit the items. If you don't have the item just continue onto the next step and don't worry about it too much. There are some things you might have to skip as you are getting in sync with the guides.

All good do you know if there's a way to tell it to suggest me a leveling zone? I'm 56 now so it's not a big deal but in case i run into this on an alt

The best thing to do with the Classic and TBC guides is to load the guide that covers 2 levels below you and then start following from there. You will hit some quests that you can't accept or steps you can't do due to not having the quest but for those just skip that step and keep going. Before long you'll be nicely in sync with the guides and cruising along. The easiest of course is to just start at level 1 with the guides.
