Can't find leveling guides

When i log in to the game i can't find leveling guides, i tried contacting the support, but they said to update the guides and reinstall the guides, which i've done multiple times, and i tried repairing the guides. This morning i also tried to reinstall the app to see if that fixed it, which it did not.

Any help would be apprieciated

edit: I tried to do a manual installation aswell, but that did not work either.

When in game open the guide viewer settings and go into the About page. What does it show there for the version number?

it says version 1.1.27403

Ok, are you playing on Classic (vanilla only) or TBC/WotLK prepatch?

Im playing on the wotlk pre patch

Do a guide reinstall.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_classic_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the TBC/WotLK guides only
4. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

The classic guide product is only for the Classic (vanilla only) servers.
