Arathi 36-37 guide

So the guide says to buy a Moonsteel Broadsword and 4 Elixir of Water but you can skip if you cannot get this from the AH. So I skipped but came back later and cannot complete this guide. Not sure where the quests were but I cannot complete only but 90% . I am a bit OCD lol.

There can be a few different things that cause that percentage to not reach 100. I would personally not worry about trying to get them all to 100%. Steps like a travel step that simply says to go here could cause it to not reach 100 because it's not anything that's linked to a quest to be able to use the quest completion history to mark the step as completed.
