Teldrassil - Oakenscowl mob skipped after accepting quest?

During Teldrassil (1-12 / Nightelf starter), at step 149 it has me (right after advising me to hearth) turn in "Return to "Denalan" and accept "Oakenscowl".
But at step 150 it tells me to leave the zone and go turn in "Nessa Shadowsong".

Is it coming back around to have me go all the way back to Teldrassil to actually get Oakenscowl?

It looks like steps might have been missed to do that quest. You can abandon it and continue with the guides for now and I'll have our team check on this and either remove the accept line or add the steps to complete the quest.
