Gear suggestions for rogue are suggesting spell power gear

It seems like every gear suggestion is a spell power item. I'm not getting upgrades for rogue items. I have the specialization selected for proper stat weights but it doesn't seem to be choosing the correct items.

When you get a gear suggestion pop up that you think is wrong please hold the Shift key and click on Decline. That will open a gear system bug report. Please copy/paste that report here so we can look at it.

It's the suggested quest rewards part that I'm referring to. Here's a screen shot of it suggesting a spell power trinket when the one below it is a melee dps trinket.

As you can see in the tooltip it says it is an upgrade for one of your offspec gear sets. Most likely what you are seeing is that the other trinket is not an upgrade over your current gear so it's suggesting the upgrade for the offspec gear set.
