fact for you its weighing spell power and int due to... prot needing some spell power your not a warrior. your more of a spellsword ...so needing int and spell power became a thing after TBC started and this is where u get more threat with your consecration and other damaging abilities.... it also give you more mana to work with and allowing more spell crits. go lookup a few arlaeus vids on the tube and he explains it.
