I had to change the language client to english for addon to work.

We're investigating the issues with non-English languages failing to display the guides. Our next patch has a possible solution. Do you happen to know if for Latin America you're using the esES or esMX localization? If not, no worries, just not real familiar with the locale setting used in each region.
