Yea. They made it a LOT harder to get back when they brought those dungeons back. It's a feat of strength now. In fact, I don't know if it's even possible with the guards being 85 elites now.

I don't know what the exact problem is.
I think there's no title "The Zandalari" and why is it related to the dailies and events guide?
If you refer to the achievement "Hero of the Zandalar Tribe", accoring to wowhead you cannot obtain it anymore as you cannot raise Zandalari reputation.
But anyway this achievement does not seem to be included in the achievements guide.

So if there's a problem with a guide please be a bit more specific.
