Quest completion not considered in MOP dailies guides

For the past couple of days since updating Zygor to a certain release (not sure which one), the dailies / reputation guides for MOP aren't considering any completed quests for me. As a result when I start the Tillers dailies guide it directs me to complete the very first quest for the tillers i.e. Talk to Tang Ironhoe, Accept "The Tillers". The same applies to Golden Lotus, the Anglers and maybe more

Interestingly all of the levelling guides correctly identify which quests I have completed.

Sounds like maybe the guides aren't able to retrieve your complete quest history. Try disabling all other addons then exit the game. now run the Updater and make sure you have the latest guide version and then enter the game with only the guides enabled. Do the guides then see what you've completed properly?
