    They're already made. Go into the Pandaria (85-90) sub-section of the Dailies and load up Operation: Shieldwall guide.

        It's a couple steps past that. The shieldwall guide is still being tweaked.

          Just adding that there seems to be a fair few wrong NPC codes in the Shieldwall guide. Got quest being given by Admiral Taylor where the guide says it should be from the Blacksmith, or Anduin Wrynn showing as Boulderfist Shaman.

          The guide also seems to be skipping over quest steps sometimes.
