Ok, I think I see what's happening here. I'll get with out content team to see about possible fixes for this. It's skipping the first quest in the chain properly based on your rep level but it's then still trying to get you to take one from the middle of the chain.

Either every step in a chain needs to check for a quest in the log or the reputation level.
Or as I stated above skip a chain if the reputation level for that quest is not met and jump to the end of the guide.Comment

We're working on getting this re-worked so that it will flow more smoothly and hopefully eliminate both the routing issues and remove the need to reload the guide to continue on with the next rep level section.My Flight Path Follies guide
