If you have a high level toon you can run Strat and Scholo to gain rep also while doing quests.

I am partial to the Scholomance run myself. Plenty of rep for the kills, provided you are wearing one of the trinkets lower level mobs the may drop Scourgestones and bosses will drop them. Turn in the Scourgestones in quantities to 20/10/1 depending on the Scourgestone and you get 50 rep plus a Valor Token which can be used to get a crafting quest or just used and to gain another 100 rep. 4K rep per run is quite easy to get.

Strat can work as well, but the rep return is a bit lower from my experience.

I would recommend this.

Make sure you have the trinket too, and then do the instances (Strat is the better of the two). Collect the tokens that drop and hand them in for rep.

You can also collect the rune cloth and sell it or use it for your faction's rep turn ins. (Stormwind, Silvermoon, Undercity, whatever)

A level 80 in decent gear can solo both of those. Make sure you have a full set of frostweave bags!
