Apologies if any of this is duplicated, I am a little short on time.

1. Minimum level for the Shattrath CW quests is 60. Minimum for Dalaran is 70. Your guides seem to require 80 for both which generates a confusing warning from the addon.
2. As noted, Exodar has its own Blasted Lands portal so there is no need to navigate people back to Darnassus first.
3. Also, Exodar and Darnassus have a 2-way portal connection right next to the Blasted Lands portals, so there's no need to send people out to the boats when you want to take them from Darn to Exo or vice versa.
4. You send people to the Booty Bay boat to Ratchet, but the BB boat itself has moved, and now it goes to the Barrens, not Ratchet.

Yes, sorry, the Kalimdor destination of the boat is still Ratchet, although the pier has moved like everything else.
