I updated and logged in to do dailies and the Cata dailies were not listed on my pulldown list. I updated again, logged in; and again, they were not there. Am I missing something in a new interface? Something changed that I am unable to figure out?

Yes, we just sent out an update that should have fixed this just today. After updating if you are still running into this problem than please let us know.
