One rather old thing that is still in the guide, you are told to do "Shoot 'Em Up" (ID 13069) before you can accept it. The accept step even is below the steps to do and turn in that quest in the right location.
Solution:
1. remove the Jotunheim Rapid-Fire Harpoon cannon step from where it is now (no step numbers in the guide file)
2. remove the turnin two steps below
3. between the accept 13155 step and the Click a Njorndar Proto-Drake steps insert his:
4. at the end of the guide (after turnin 13071) insert this step:
