Gold lotus dailies

So i just bought the guide but for some reason it guides me to a guy so called "Sun Tenderheart" which is step 2 in the guide but i can't take any dailies from him.. Any help?
My goal is to get revered and then do the shado-po dailies

You supposedly need to have purchased the Pandaria flying skill from the flight trainer to get the Golden Lotus quests.

You need to make sure you are level 90 and have the level 90 flying, I believe.

We're still investigating this issue. We've never had this problem in all our tests in Beta. We're trying to figure out why it's not letting you accept the quest and will update as soon as we have a fix.
