The guide is not picking up this quest automatically and not detecting when I pick it up manually. It stays on step 35 with The Mogu Menace still showing red.

There are 3 quests by this name listed on WoWHead so it's possible that different characters get a different quest ID for this depending on what other quests they've done. This would throw it off like you describe.My Flight Path Follies guide
