so i have brought this problem up before and its still occuring so i decided to level a toon without boas this time and have encountered when going from step 220 Valley of the four winds to step 1 krasarang wilds says require level 87 7 bars but im only 87 1.5 bars but ive done every quest and got the achievement for valley of the four winds

Have you tried to do the Jade Forest Loremaster guide? That might be where it's missing and if that gives you the extra then we'll have to merge that one into the Leveling guide in Jade Forest. The only problem with this is that it can easily be skipped over if someone hits 86 and moves onto Four Winds early.My Flight Path Follies guide
