I"M NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still getting a trial guide or something. I had dailies but have NEVER updated from Dominance to now.
Each time I try to get update a window pops up that says:
Your Zygor Guilds usename and password are incorrect.
Trail user staus assumed
Please enter proper login data in the Configuration screen,
or visit the Zygor Guilds website to recover your password.

I changed password and logged in 10 times now!
I deleted shortcut and trid to delete guide to reload.
It lets me repair and reloads update 4.0.6006
Logged on game Zygor guild not listed in addons 6 times now
Tried again still no shortcut on desktop screen. Zygorguild 4 list on addon list. When I logged on toon I don't have anything.
I'M PISSED THAT ALL THIS TIME I HAVE NOT GOT UPDATES THAT I'VE PAID FOR!
OR TELL ME WHAT THE HELL TO DO ??????????????
OR I WHAT MY MONEY BACK----

I live in Dayton and can bring my system to Beavercreek to show you if you don't trust what I'm typing... Been happy all these years but pissed knowing that I've not getting what I've been paid for... Just tell me what I need to do please
