Dailies Question

Does all the content within the Dailies guide pertain to a level 80 player? (Aside from Holiday events)

I wanted to know, because I was thinking of gaining Rep with certain factions.

Another question, is there somewhere in the guide where professions are listed? I don't think so myself, but I read somewhere it was, can't remember where now, but I'm just making sure.

No professions in the guide yet. Should be apart of the gold guide later. Dailies are for at least 78's. Rep guide is not updated for the cataclysm changes so it's really no good right now. Best thing to get rep is to buy a tabard from the city you want to gain rep with and then go grind dungeons.
