Bilgewater Cartel Reputation, how do I get it other than wearing tabard Cata Heroics?

If I am exhaulted with the 5 Major cites and I run the reputation guide for UC where does the Horde rep go? I am honored with Bilgewater and now I want to gain exhaulted status what is the best way to do it? I'd prefer to wear cata tabards doing cata heroics.

I'd say to run the Horde Kalimdor guide from the beginning. I think you can earn some in Ashraza (or however it's spelled). Other than that you might just want to run with the tabard for a bit as that's probably the fastest way to do so. Maybe wear that tabard once per week.
