Looking at the guide files I see that steps 26, 28 and 29 are not associated to a quest.
As you only go into the cave for Fungalmancer Glop (quest 28390) those steps should be linked to this ID so they get skipped when you don't have this quest (Glop is not available every day).
This also applies to the Alliance dailies.
But I think in the past the guide skipped those when I did the dailies there...
