Tells me to sell, then tells me don't sell within seconds

I use the scan function and it will show me what I should sell, so I click on my items that have the green or yellow next to them, and it re-analyzes, and then moves the item down to the red section.

Has the market changed that fast? Or am I doing something wrong?

It's possible that the market has changed. Try using the Analyse All button on the Sell tab to see if that helps at all. That will just do a fast scan for the items in your bag and might give a better suggestion.
