Gold sellers are making the auction mod very difficult to use because every time I get an item the guide says the item can be sold for a crazy amount of gold. I'm not sure if this is possible but is there anyway to put an actual selling amount?

The Sentinel Girdle in the picture is a transmog item. It is not unusual to have transmog items that sell for that much gold. I actually make all of my gold in game from flipping transmog gear and I've sold an ilvl 41 Saltstone Surcoat for 20k. How much it goes for depends on how rare it is, but as you can see in your tooltip picture the demand is very low on the transmog items so it can take several weeks to sell one piece. Most transmog items will go in the 500-10k range but higher than 10k is not an uncommon thing.

Oh, and gold sellers have nothing to do with those prices, it's all about the supply and demand on the AH.
