To reinstall the guides use the wrench icon in the lower right corner of the Zygor client.
To manually install the guides go into the members section on this page (top of the page). The zip file is in the smaller box below the Zygor client for PC and MAC downloads.

How do I do a complete uninstall?

Normally the repair via the wrench icon in the Zygor client should delete the Zygor folder in the WoW addons folder and download the guides. But you can also manually delete the ZygorGuides folder in the WoW\Interface\Addons folder.

To get rid of everything guide related and to reset all guide options you need to manuall delete / rename / move the ZygorGuidesViewer.lua file in the WTF folder. This is not always necessary but it seems there may be problems with some guide settings not getting saved. But in my case logging out of the game and back in solved these problems without deleting this file.
