Talador Guide Problem

Ok, thanks for the added information.

Some step problems on the way to Talador, step 26 where everything is now green but even after going ahead with the next quests, the guide fails to pick up or catch up and remains green, the arrow sending me around in a circle back to where I started. Can't do anything more at this point. Seriously stuck. Went back to prior quests to make sure I did them all. No problems there.
