Rotating egg timer when selecting stealth as the waypoint arrow

As the title says, I have an issue where if selecting stealth as the waypoint arrow there is only a rotating egg timer.
Hope you can help.

EDIT:
I uninstalled zygor guides and removed all mention of zygor from warcraft folders.
The egg timer has now disappeared but now what happens is the arrow will point the way for a second or 2 and then change to a red x in a red circle.

Try typing /re into the chat window to reload the UI and that should fix the arrow.
