Tons of flight point issues

So I have been having this issue since Legion launch.

The guide keeps telling me to take flight points I do not have. I have seen this issue so far in Highmountain, Aszuna, and now Stormheim. Here is a screen shot showing the issue.

Yes, I even completely uninstalled it (including removing cache and saved variables) and still same issue.

Oddly enough once I actually obtained the FP in question it is no longer recommending it as the fastest route.

some of them are a little off depending on what order you do the quests in. I find that if you head towards where you need to go it will re calculate and show you the correct path. It's working well on my end.

Ditto, it's not working perfectly especially in Suramar, but just look at your minimap and find the next point it wants you to goto.

Easier said than done when you are in dalaran and it is telling you to take a FP you don't have to get to the zone your quests are in. True I can just take a different FP than the one it tells me to but it is still a bug.
