High Mountain Auto Accept Quests

I have been following the guide for high mountain and have almost completed the zone. I have come across several "go here quest will accept automatically" type quest but I have not been able to get a single one of these quests! Have they been removed? I don't think I have not missed any quests that I am aware of!

These are the bonus objectives. If you are level 110 then they will not be available. We are working thru the guides right now to find them all and get them marked to not display for max level players.
