Stormheim leveling guide

I just finished leveling in High Mountain using the guide. Next I am choosing Stormheim. The first step of this guide sends me to Skyfire Ridge Triage Camp and says to speak with Sky Admiral Rodgers and accept Boarded. Sky Admiral Rodgers is not offering me the quest.

Did you load up the Intro and Artifacts guide before? The prequests for the zones are inside that guide.
Normally after finishing a zone guide the Intro guide should be loaded automatically and forward to the step where you open the scout map in the order hall to select the zone you want to do next.

Loaded the artifact guide and went to my class hall. Does not give me the option for Stormheim. however it gives me a choice of either Val'Sharah or Assuma.

Did you previously click to accept the Stormheim zone quest on the map? Do you have the quest Stormheim in your quest log?

Are you Alliance or Horde? If you are Horde please make sure you use the latest guide version (6.0.14673). There was recently the problem that some Alliance steps sneaked into the intro guide for Stormheim on Horde side and I don't know if there were further Alliance steps at the beginning of the Stormheim guide.

The quest that transitions from the intro guide to the zone guide for Horde characters is "The Splintered Fleet", for Alliance it's "Greymane's Gambit".

I play alliance. I started in Highmountan and never did any Stormheim content. I did the Greymane's Gambit Scenaro.

If you have completed that scenario then you should be able to skip past the step to talk to the Sky Admiral and keep going.
