so a few days ago this worked just fine and showed all the different buttons, but on my alt today it only shows one button out of the many actions. tried a reset and same happens.
also noticed a few quest 'USE' items not showing up on it either.
as you can see i only have praise and no others

Try resetting that character's profile in the settings.
