Necrolord Questline guide - stuck on step 60

I've been following the guide to level up step-by-step not missing any steps. Now I'm stuck on step 60 of my covenant questline.. The Quest does not appear - the NPC is there, but no quest.. Am I missing something?

Do you have all of your calling quests complete for the day?

I didn't know I had to do that :-) I'll try it tonight and see - usually there's a step that says "complete the daily calling quest" or something like that.

It hasn't been confirmed yet but we believe that the calling quests could prevent the storyline quest from showing if they need to be done yet. There is also the first part of the runecarver unlock that might block it from showing until you get at least to the part where you have to collect the 1250 ashes.

Well, I just completed the calling for this week.. (I remember now, I did do them last week) and that was not it... I can't do the runecarver unlock quest until I do some other things.. I was just hoping the guide would tell us what to do in what order.. Love the guides over the past few years, just a little lost with this release. :-)

You might need to do the Torghast guide to get the Runecarver one unlocked.

Update --> I started the Unlocking the Runecarver Quests and after a few steps into it, step 60 of the Necrolord Questline appeared.. still stick with my original statement - it would be nice if I was told this in the guide.. I waisted alot of time on this.. thanks
