Night Fae Questline not using travel paths

Step 192 starts at Heart of the Forest which is connected to the mushroom network. it doesn't have me use the mushroom which would put me by the quest target.

I've had the travel system recommend the mushroom network. Was the quest target near the central hub at the top left of the map? If so there is no exit from that cave to allow you out into the world right there and that would be the reason it was not selected as part of the routing.
