Guide is incorrect. Travel system as below is wrong. I followed it and found that I could not hand in the quest. You MUST use the portal that Ysera provides when you accept the quest. It ports you directly to the cave. If you do not use the portal you cannot hand in the quest as it is hard-coded as part of the quest steps.
