Created a new character (level 10) subtley rogue. Started the Legion rogue intro guide. Working my way through it when I ended up in a scenario. One of the steps (step 106) was to pickpocket the key off soulkeeper. This is not possible because pickpocket is not available until level 24. I had to exit the scenario and level elsewhere if I wanted to continue.
