A guide for the 3 or 4 quests for Lordaeron will be added with the next update we send out. The other guide you already saw is all of the content that Blizzard added with 9.2.5.

Return to Lordaeron is now in XP Achiebements. I found by searching 'Return to L' in latest version V8.1.27071
