How do I start The War Campaign (To unlock Alliance Races)

Hi All,
I've managed to unlock the Lightforged Draenei and Void Dwarf races, I'm now trying the other races, and it needs The War Campaign to be completed before I can do these. Clicking this campaign takes me to Boralus, and the first stage takes me to a room with all the characters missing, so I cannot start the quest. Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to unlock this questline?

Try loading teh Tiragarde Sound 10-50 guide and going thru all of the intro to BfA stuff up until you complete the A Nation Divided quest. I believe once that's done it should put the NPCs there.

Thanks, that worked. I've now managed to start the quest. (It would be good if it was possible for the guide to work that out?)
