wotlk human lock starter area bug

new lock step 2 says talk to Drusilla La sall and accept '....'. next step asks to collect Powers of the Void (click stolen books)
There are no books in the tent so this guide is wrong also the enemies in the starter area are yellow not red so they won t attack as opposed as to what the guide says
Is this because the guide is confused because of prepatch and still in TBC?

Yes, prepatch made a lot of minor little changes like this that are not currently accounted for in the guides. I believe that will all be fixed next week with the wrath update.

Skip the step to accept that quest and collect the books and skip the step to summon the imp. You can purchase the imp spell now from the warlock trainer for a few copper so just do the first couple of quests and you'll get enough trash drops to sell to a vendor to afford the imp spell. Those first few levels can easily be done without a pet so there should be no issues.
